Background
Holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in January 2017 and a Post-Graduate Diploma Syariah Law & Practices (DSLP) from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in Jan 2020.
Had commenced pupillage at Messrs. Shamsul Rijal & Associates and during her commencement, she was exposed to various experiences in general litigation, banking litigation, conveyancing & corporate and Syariah Matters.
After Completed Her Pupillage She Had Commenced Her First Year Of Practice As An Junior Associates At Messrs Bahari Choy & Nongchik, Kuantan Specializing Her Practice Banking Litigation, Debt And/Or Loan Recovery Starting From The Issuance Of Legal Notice Of Demand, Summons Until Execution And/Or Enforcement Of Judgment Inclusive Of Writ Seizure & Sale, Judgment Debtor Summons, Judgment Notice, Writ Of Possession, Writ Of Distress And Bankruptcy & Winding-Up Proceedings.
She is also practicing in General Litigation inclusive of family matters, Employment & labour issues, Probate & Letter of Administration, Administration of Property, Criminal and other matter incidental thereto.
Foreclosure proceeding for both at the Land Office as well as High Court and preparation of related documents thereof. Companies Winding up Petition, Appointment of Receiver and related affairs and other matters incidental thereto.
She then pursue her practice in Messrs Wendy & Partners, Petaling Jaya, practising in Conveyancing specializing in Developer project, involving Preparing Sale & Purchase Agreements, Loan & Financing Agreements until advising bank for Loan/Financing Disbursement.
Her interest is deeply rooted in litigation. She had numerous experience in drafting cause papers, conducting due diligence exercises, attending courts for case managements, conducting trials, just to name a few.
Due to her knowledge in the field, she is also able to give legal advice and consultations in various matters including Civil & Shariah law such as inheritance, Hibah, Islamic family law and Islamic shariah criminal offences.
